How it works

Three steps. No paperwork.

    Point your camera at a receipt. The app reads the date, time, card digits, tax and total on its own, then snaps the photo once they hold still.

    Check the numbers, slide to approve, and the tax lands in that country’s fund straight away. Canada in dollars, Mexico in pesos.

We built Rebateful to know as little about you as possible. Your funds are linked to a secure ID kept in your phone’s keychain, never to an email address.

    We match the last 4 digits on your receipts to check they’re yours. Nothing more.

  • Location while it’s open

    Used to pick the right fund and spot the airport. Never in the background.

  • Photos on your terms

    Keep receipt photos until your trip ends, or choose never to upload them.

  • A tamper-proof record

    Every approved receipt is saved to a secure ledger, and each claim is checked so it can’t be made twice.

  • A fresh code every minute

    Your till code is single-use and renews every 60 seconds, so a screenshot is no use to anyone else.

  • Gone when you say so

    Delete your funds and data from Settings whenever you like.
